kcm/users: make cropper fill largest square within image by default

Reason for the change

Right now it's quite small and requires you to manually resize it, which is annoying if your image was already well-positioned. Instead, fill the image (or the largest square that fits within it) with the cropper.

Test plan

  1. System Settings > Users > click avatar > click "Choose File…" > choose a file
  2. Try to resize the cropper and drag it around; ensure it all still works
  3. Apply to make sure it still gets cropped (or not) based on the size of the cropper
