libtaskmanager: Support virtual desktop position change

Virtual desktops can be rearranged from the desktop grid effect. listen to position change and sort again the virtual desktops when the virtualdesktopmanager is done This makes possible for the pager to update the desktop order when a desktop is repositioned from the desktop grid
