  • servicerunner: don't randomly bump KDE things

software in the KDE category isn't magically better matching a query. it's also not obvious to the user why thing B may randomly be before thing A because of their category (what's more: the KDE category isn't even visualized)

Reason for the change

sorting of results is sometimes unreasonable and unexplainable, magic bumps don't help. KDE results don't magically become better matches by virtue of being KDE, a category we don't even visualize
