Sometimes you like the dark or light variant more than the other. Currently you are forced to either change your theme, or configure some nonsensical sun times (which has other effects) or just live with the wallpaper you dont like as much.

Test plan

Open the wallpaper settings and play around with the options, they should have an effect immediately
