If we know the mime type already, we can tell OpenUrlJob and it will skip stat'ing the file and launch much faster.

Reason for the change

This should make the recent docs runner faster and hopefully get the KProcessRunner do the XDG activation stuff soon enough before the KRunner window closes.

Test plan

Opened Kate, then tried to open a txt file that came in from recentdocs runner. Kate properly came to the front.
