If we know it already, might as well use it.

  • Assume a place is of type inode/directory

Reason for the change

More efficient, more importantly should help with XDG Activation.

Test plan

  • Clicked a folder in Kickoff’s recent section, an existing Dolphin came to the front properly
  • Clicked a Place in Kickoff’s places list, an existing Dolphin came to the front properly
  • Searched for a place (“Pictures”) in Kickoff, an existing Dolphin came to the front properly

Not 100% sure about hardcoding inode/directory for places but I don’t think that’s gonna change anytime soon (hasn’t ever).
