  • timezoneselector: When programmatically opening location popup, move focus too

Otherwise the popup will open but focus is still on the region ComboBox and then you adjust both at the same time.

Reason for the change

@hein complained

Test plan

Added new time zone to digital clock, chose a region, then was able to use the arrow keys on the location box just fine.
