The history by default only shows the recent most two (read) notifications for an app. A running job is always relevant, so never collapse it.

Reason for the change

Been copying loads of stuff lately and was annoyed that when I minimized the job, I would have to expand it to find it again.

Test plan

Copied or downloaded more than three distinct things, opened history, got all running jobs shown without having to click “n more”. Note that “running” means and non-finished job.
