  • applets/notifications: Hide notification icon if it's the same as the application

It's redundant. Not showing the icon gives the notification more horizontal room. Restores the old behavior from before the whole delegate splitup.

Reason for the change

It’s redundant. I don’t think this was an intentional change. Spectacle and Drkonqi notifications are much slimmer again.
