Makes it consistent with merely changing color schemes.

Reason for the change

(At some point we’ll add a nice cross-fade transition here, too.)

Test plan

Ran

plasma-apply-lookandfeel -a org.kde.breeze.desktop

It faded to light nicely.

Wonder if this should be opt-in/opt-out for the “you logged in at night and now it shuld use dark” case?
