wallpapers/image: apply anti-aliasing effect at the boundary of two images
Reason for the change
The separator line looks jagged, which might make the user feel not very good. To enable anti-aliasing, the clipping area of the image below needs to be large enough to overlap with the image above.
Test plan
Open the wallpaper config dialog and observe the boundary of the default wallpaper.
