klipper: Remove configurability of barcode type

Instead, always show a QR Code

Reason for the change

There's no strong reason to have this; it feels very much like a "because we can" feature. In theory, data matrix codes can store more data, but it seems unlikely that anyone specifically uses those because they have such big things in their clipboard that they quickly need to share.
