Remove default shortcut for enabling and disabling klipper actions

It's an oddly specific thing to have a default shortcut; especially one that's so close to other things like Ctrl+X and similars. Accidentally triggering it leads to unexpected behavior that would be very confusing to users that don't know what the functionality is or how to disable it again.
