applets, components: improve calendar key navigation
Reason for the change
The calendar keyboard navigation is quite awkward in several places: The main calendar view is not reachable from the header with arrow keys, the start of the interaction is not predictable (it mostly remembers where it was the last time it opened, but this may fail depending on where exactly it was), the arrow key interaction on the combined tab/button row in the digital-clock version is confusing, and similar.
This change makes this more consistent. Focus now always starts (invisibly) on the top row's first button, and arrow keys go to sensible places.
Test plan
Open digital clock/calendar, move around with arrow keys. Close and open again.
