kcms/autostart: Allow temporarily disabling entries

Allow autostart entries to be enabled or disabled without removing them.

Entries with Hidden=true are now kept in the model and shown as disabled. A checkbox in the UI updates the Hidden key according to the Desktop Application Autostart specification.

Disabled entries are also visually dimmed in the list.
