  • Klipper: Make the Help button in Klipper's config work

Previously it asked for the handbook of the application Klipper runs in, which is plasmashell, so obviously it did not work.

Reason for the change

See above.

Test plan

Click the help button in Klipper's configuration window and see that it opens.

(that this was not reported shows how many people read the docs on their computers, haha)
