applets/brightness: use tabular numerals

The brightness applet uses regular numerals, which on proportional fonts will have varying widths. As a consequence, going e.g. from 50% to 51% and back will cause the "Brightness" label to jiggle.

Instead, use tabular numerals to get fixed width numerals on proportional fonts - most commonly used ones support them.
