Port away from deprecated CUPS API calls

Building print-manager produces a bunch of deprecation warnings related to CUPS API, many of which suggest to "Use cupsCopyDestInfo and friends instead" (but also a handful of others). This might be a good idea to take on sooner or later, before the deprecated functionality disappears from CUPS libraries.
