🍒plasmoid: Remove dead code (JobsModel)

This model definition appears to left over from either an unfinished feature or a tooltip count setting that was later superceded.

Remove the Job Sort/Filter/ProxyModel and accompanying sourceModel. In addition, remove the contextual actions that were setting filtering on the model and remove the "cfg" properties.
