kcm: When adding a printer/group, allow the ability to set as default

Commit 33bb08c3 hides the "default" checkbox based on model count, however, there exists the use case that when adding a printer/group, the user would like to set the default option. This saves the user from having to then click back to the printer, set the default option, then save again.
