At the moment we had a global m_streams that we filled per request and
provided at bulk. If we had a running session and in parallel started
another one, we'd get both streams. Not good.

It will add an output in KWin with FullHD resolution at 1x scaling, it's
up to users to place it however they like. They'll get the OSD to place
it as desired.

Minor build system changes, missing includes, a changed return type
of D-Bus type registration.

With this there is only one remaining issue, the generated screencast
Wayland client code is broken (same as in all other modules using this).

this ensures that the dialog goes away when the app disappears while the
dialog is still up (e.g. when ctrl-c'ing the app)

this simply refactors the existing Request code to correctly register on
the path and then emit the closerequest that gets routed to the ::reject
function of the dialog. for extra flexibility this is implemented as a
template such that the concrete type doesn't matter so long as it has a
reject slot.

wl_output is broken in many ways and would offer slightly off results.

Adds support for the version 3 of the screencasting protocol that allows
requesting feeds of regions.
For now, we use it to share the whole workspace (i.e. the combination of
all outputs).

This reverts commit 2982c7a8.

Instead of having a dodgy connection that relies on timing behavior,
make sure the dialog is visible. A warning is printed if it is not
visible so we know there is a non working case and can fix it.

We should close screencast session when the client consuming our
stream will no longer be able to recieve anything from us, for
example when we close the window which we were streaming.

Allows users to see which are happening and to close them if they feel
it should not be happening.

Forwards the requested cursor state by the app to the compositor.
Selects the Windows tab if screens can't be selected.

Instead of creating the pipewire feeds in the portal, they will be
created in KWin.
Then the portal task becomes to orchestrate the permission and delivery
to the app.

Depends on changes in KWin and Plasma Wayland Protocols

Summary:

also need to close the portal dialog.
