Add position property to monitor streams started by org.freedesktop.portal.ScreenCast.Start

As stated in the XDG Desktop Portal API reference, monitor streams returned by the org.freedesktop.portal.Request::Response signal following a org.freedesktop.portal.ScreenCast.Start call can optionally have a position property.

This MR implements such property, useful for screensharing applications to understand the layout of multiple monitors in the workspace.
