Only show screencast indicator once the session has actually started and is active

Some applications create a stream cast preemptively and then keep it around for a while until they use it. While addmittedly they could create one and restore it later it might irritate and actually be misleading to show the indicator when noone is pulling frames. So only show it when the producer node is active.
