They cause layers box to stop updating when reselecting a layer

If the clone layers clone a layer above the clones in the stack,
the original isn't available during loading. Krita shouldn't recalculate
the project at this point, but merging already starts before the
original is available, so add a temporary dummy fallback paint
device that can be used until the original becomes available.

Make sure the crop tool allways uses the currect image size.

After copying, the copy also should have an initialized
signal compressor.

Note: backport to 2.9!

When we open a messagebox inside void initializeGL(), it starts
an eventloop before the canvas is created, so everything crashes.

Correct another small typo.

Now you can drag layers even when Krita works in tabbed mode. Just drag the
layer over the tab, wait for a second and it'll automatically switch to the
tab under the cursor

A bit minor of a change, but it's a frequently asked thing, and I think
this one just got lost in the MDI update.
