When we open a messagebox inside void initializeGL(), it starts
an eventloop before the canvas is created, so everything crashes.

Correct another small typo.

In case of conflict in i18n, keep the version of the branch "ours"
To resolve a particular conflict, "git checkout --ours path/to/file.desktop"

Now you can drag layers even when Krita works in tabbed mode. Just drag the
layer over the tab, wait for a second and it'll automatically switch to the
tab under the cursor

A bit minor of a change, but it's a frequently asked thing, and I think
this one just got lost in the MDI update.

Now you can edit any property of a group of layers using Properties
dialog. Near to every field there is a checkbox showing if the value
will be applied to your layers. If you disable the checkbox, the
properties of the layers will be restored back.

For boolean properties, like "Visible" or "Locked" there are tristated
checkboxes. They have the following meaning:

checked --- all the layers have the property enabled
unchecked --- all the layers have the property disabled
partially-checked --- the layers have mixed property values. They are kept
                      unchanged.

Resolves T1300

replace the inkscape svg by a 128px png,
as this svg uses features not supported by Qt and so is not rendered properly.

Tried to add several sizes but failed for now.

Small refactor for the KisStatusBar so that now it owns its
StatusBarItems and provides methods to manage them.
