Document the value assigned to an attribute

Olaf Mandel requested to merge omandel/doxyqml:feature/values-on-attributes into master

Add the value assigned to an attribute to the documentation: this adds strongly to the value of having the attribute in the documentation at all.

This depends on !3 (merged) because both merge requests touch the same codelines in one test.
