KBabel was moved to SVN 'unmaintained' long ago, but I converted it on
Pino Toscano's request, into his git scratch space.

lokalize-reconversion

Rules used for the Lokalize re-conversion.

After the kdesdk migration, I found that lokalize.git didn't include the history
from when it was called KAider. I fixed the rules to include this, and the icon
history from KBabel, then re-converted/re-pushed the repository.

This tag marks the version of the rules used for that re-conversion.
