Position of command line argument changes module build list
See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=402509
Something about --include-dependencies and/or --stop-on-failure seems to be breaking module list generation.
Moreover the position in which you insert a module name on the command line with those two options seems to sometimes cause spurious build errors as well. I've tried reproducing libdbusmenu-qt build errors in a more 'normal' situation (even a first-time build situation) and can't get the build to fail, let alone fail in the same way as what Nate saw.
