Do something about false-positives on compile_commands.json

You had local changes to polkit-qt-1, which have been re-applied.

No I hadn't. It's some auto-generated json file, which I'm totally not interested in, and which isn't even git-ignored.

This annoyance should be fixed somehow. Maybe stop generating those compile_commands.json files in source trees?

So far it seems not all repositories adapted their gitignore rules. The only solution here is to "just do it". Some repositories built by kdesrc-build are not from KDE world though. Here's the tracking list of pull requests I've made:

All these repos section generate the infamous message "* You had local changes to %project%, which have been re-applied." not if sure if all of them are actually due to the compile_commands.json — some might contain real changes as well. I'm going to advance through the list in the following days.
