Visibility is only controlled for shared libraries, which we do not
use anymore. Thus we don't have to export our symbols.

This should also fix compiling the code in a KDE4-free environment
without kdemacros.h in the include path.

This was broken by commit '29944a5f'.

This fixes the labels of the cost axis in the charts. Since we
pretty-print the cost there now, the conversion to KByte in
the data models is not required anymore, and actually wrong.

This gets rid of some more temporary bytearray allocations, neat.

This also greatly reduces the amount of temporary bytearray allocations
when multiple allocators are defined.
