This patch already contains a few fixes:
- added missing copyright header
- Fix api changes (constructor)

Open issues:
- Instance related setup in ClassGeneralPage seems
  to be duplicated -> needs review
- missing icons for instance in tool bar
- missing icons for object diagram in diagram toolbar list

To test:
- test load/save
