      Fix 'Crash in component diagram after deleting component' · de562250
      Ralf Habacker authored
      In case a QGraphicsItem instance is on a scene and should be
      deleted QGraphicsScenePrivate::removeItemHelper() is called.
      The documentation say it leaves stale index in the tree, which let
      QGraphicsScene crash on the next paint.

      For now using the index has been disabled to avoid this issue.

      This patch already contains a few fixes:
      - added missing copyright header
      - Fix api changes (constructor)

      Open issues:
      - Instance related setup in ClassGeneralPage seems
        to be duplicated -> needs review
      - missing icons for instance in tool bar
      - missing icons for object diagram in diagram toolbar list

      To test:
      - test load/save

      Add support for importing gdb stack traces into sequence diagrams. · a757b30a
      Ralf Habacker authored
      Stack trace files could be imported by selecting "Import stack trace ..."
      from the "new" context menu entry of a sequence diagram.

      The supported stack trace formats could be generated by
      1. copy and paste of the output of gdb 'bt' command into a file
         (single line for each stack frame)

      2. select frames in qtcreator stack window, right click and select
         "copy into clipboard", then paste into file

      Examples of supported gdb stack trace formats are added to test/import/stack-trace

      Fix 'When opening a saved file, class positions are wrong'. · 90517660
      Ralf Habacker authored
      The bug, which exists in Qt4 and 5, happens on saving xmi
      files using a locale dependent decimal point and is caused
      by a different implementation of void
      QDomElement::setAttribute(const QString& name, double value)
      not using the 'C' locale for converting floating point values
      to string as the other number related methods does.

      Therefore the bug fix is to use QString::number(), which uses
      the 'C' locale.

      Add related unit test.
