Incubation Request
Background
In carlschwan/apps#2 we discussed the possibility of incubating Crow Translate. We think that both projects will benefit from it
We have two maintainers: @shatur and @volkmilit, both from the original GitHub repository. @athozus is also expressed the interest, we would welcome you in our team!
Our plan is to make the first release under KDE umbrella with minimal changes in the code (I outlined these changes in #693 (closed)). After the incubation in the long term we planning to migrate from Qt5 to Qt6 and consider replacing our own translation backend library with KTextAddons.
We consider the project itself feature complete and mostly focused on maintenance. But we also welcome contributions with new features and I usually review them swiftly.
I closed all old issues from GitHub because in KDE they used only by devs (regular users should use https://bugs.kde.org).
