Rebuilt blueprints for nightly master version on MacOS

For the KStars nightly release, we need to use rebuild INDI from master branch. Therefore, we are adding the rebuildBlueprint directive under the master target.

We're not sure if this is the right place to put the rebuilt or it should be up? We just need rebuild for nightly, not stable version.
