Fix ZXing Android build

Volker Krause requested to merge vkrause/binary-factory-tooling:fix-zxing-android-build into master

Their tests/examples recently received changes that don't build on Android in our environment. As we use/run none of this anyway, just disabling this is an easy workaround and saves some resources for us.
