Hardcoded list of Plasma components will get out of sync over time

https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/bugzilla-bot/-/blob/master/data/plasma-products.yml is a hardcoded list of Plasma products, consulted by the tests in versions.rb here. This list is bound to drift out of sync over time and should be replaced with an API call to something that gets the list automatically. Maybe some GitLab API that gets all projects in https://invent.kde.org/plasma?
