We now get our Qt from Craft so we only need to ensure that the scripts know where to find the appropriate Craft root now.
This gives us Webkit, however becuase Qt 5.7 cannot be built with MSVC 2017, we now use Qt 5.9.
Additionally, we now rely on Craft to supply CMake as well, so that has been removed from the system as well
