This will ensure that not only will jobs not be created on Jenkins, but we also will ignore them for dependency resolution purposes regardless of the dependency rules declared in the build metadata.
Necessary on Windows and FreeBSD where some Frameworks don't work as they're platform specific to Linux (like networkmanager-qt for instance)
