Try to keep the Workspace path shorter on Windows CI builds.

Somehow Digikam manages to trigger a situation where CMake hangs indefinitely when performing an AutoMOC run on any component of it's sources.
Debuggers and other diagnostic tools were unfortunately not able to indicate where it was hanging (probably because the CMake binaries we are using a release mode ones)
