It wants Pulseaudio (which it also fatals on) and libcanberra (fatal again)

I suspect it'll also need Pulseaudio, but it's also a member of the naughty CMake club so we can't tell for now

It also needed Gtk2, but because the Gtk3 code caused a fatal exit this was missed before.

It dies when one of it's dependencies isn't satisfied. Turns out Xapian is also necessary

- Added Grantlee (Qt 5) to FreeBSD for KHelpCenter
- Add JOM to Windows to enable parallel compilation which we previously lacked

Looks like BSD Make doesn't handle some things concerning spaces properly, but GNU Make does

This breaks badly on FreeBSD, as it's loader will end up trying to load 32bit libraries to support a 64bit process.

When on Linux/*BSD systems (aside from macOS) make sure we include the standard system install directory (/usr) in our environment.
As we are setting many variables, defaults that would include /usr normally when these variables aren't set won't kick in, so we have to explicitly include them

Provisionally mark builds as successful at the start, to ensure later checks we do to see if the build status has changed work properly

1) Build emails for failing / unstable builds
2) Capturing workspaces for failing or unstable builds

This will allow us to expose the VGem device to Docker guests

Different tack, software.opensuse.org doesn't make it obvious the package isn't in the mainline repos
