Explicitly run build-android-system-dependency commands as a full shell command. We don't want things like && to be escaped as parameters - we want the shell to handle them

Following some recent changes, we don't need to disable ASAN on Android anymore (as we no longer try to enable it)

They'll be cleaned up at the end in any event

Hopefully this will help prevent multiple dependency builds on the same node from causing the system to run out of disk space

This will be necessary for Prison (amongst other Frameworks) to be built as part of a Dependency Build, which is needed for projects outside of Frameworks to make use of Android CI.

The ABI Compatibility Checker tool (abi-compliance-checker) doesn't skip includes from sub-directories - just named directories.
To resolve this, and ensure Clang directories are ignored in full, use glob patterns to ensure every path with Clang includes is excluded from our checks.

This should also correct the breakage which is currently causing all Frameworks Linux builds to have an UNSTABLE (failing tests) status as the YAML depreciation warnings were causing the check-platforms logic to trip.

This handles the case of when the library name changes but the CMake package name stays the same (as different versions of Kasten do)

The metadata is versioned to allow for older builds to continue to be used.
