Following some recent changes, we don't need to disable ASAN on Android anymore (as we no longer try to enable it)

Fails to build (lack of gcov), and useless as we aren't running tests when
cross-compiling anyway.

Includes a Qt5 native version and a KConfig build with kconfig_compiler_kf5
Allows to build few other frameworks

Ensure that all environment variables (like PATH) also take the custom dependencies prefix into account

It's where libintl is at, for example

ECM cannot find itself when building for the first time

Because we will be forcibly injecting everything into CMake/ECM, skip system prefixes on Android to prevent cross contamination.
Add support for forcing ECM_ADDITIONAL_FIND_ROOT_PATH as this is needed in Toolchains apparently

This will ensure the appropriate arguments are passed to switch on cross compilation, and to ensure the system is switched over to use the Qt SDK for ARM Cross Compilation

Otherwise the command is expanded as make ... -j <nn>.0, which
terminates with an error.

Be a little bit better with resource utilisation when we have a limited number of CPU cores, like on FreeBSD Builder 3

This should hopefully help more timing sensitive tests.
