We only installed the jdk, but not java itself which was missing.

@bcooksley I hope this fixes the issue over at https://binary-factory.kde.org/computer/Docker%20Swarm-879a18621e48/log - but I can't read that log file itself. Could I get permission for that? For now, @nalvarez was kind enough to tell me that java was missing.
