Remove unneeded gcompris android build spec

Specifying the target-name probably was necessary because the AndroidManifest in the repo ends with .xml.cmake and get-apk-args couldn't handle this, but nowadays it does.

I don't see why the -DANDROID_APK_DIR is needed
