Add kde:websites/jekyll-kde-theme to static-websites docker image (second try)
I uploaded the gem to rubygems and it should now work.
About the rubygems, I can add multiple owner, and I don't want to be the only one able to update new versions. If someone has a rubygems.org account, I can add him as owner.
