Shutdown of Mimi
After quite a bit of work, we're now in a reasonably good position where we can start to begin the final shutdown process on Mimi, one of our two remaining Ubuntu 16.04 systems.
Items remaining before we can commence this:
-
Get confirmation from @teams/kde-ev-board that Reimbursements is operating correctly on Hepta -
Ensure that @teams/akademy has taken a static copy of the old conf.kde.org talk content -
Confirm with @teams/akademy that volunteers.akademy.kde.org does not need to be migrated (or can be deployed fresh on Hepta) -
Verify with users of Collabora Office such as @paulb that Nextcloud is interacting properly with it now that it has been moved to Hepta
Items to do once this is underway:
-
Decommission backup space -
Remove unnecessary log files, backups and other content from the container image -
Shutdown the container and take a copy, transferring it to the Private Sysadmin Archive -
Remove the entry from DNS
