Move of LXR from Halono (Anepsion) to Pycno
Currently we host LXR in a Ubuntu 18.04 container known as Halono which runs on Anepsion. The principal justification for the physical host however is the operation of the three Jenkins instances we host (build.kde.org, binary-factory.kde.org and build.neon.kde.org).
With Gitlab due to takeover from build.kde.org and binary-factory.kde.org in the coming months however, we need to plan for the retirement of Anepsion - which would leave Halono without somewhere to run.
Given that one of the FOSSHost boxes (Pycno) currently has spare capacity, and is also a newer distribution (Ubuntu 20.04) we should look to move LXR there.
From my understanding @dfaure has already completed the bulk of this, however we did observe some performance limitations while doing so, with indexing taking a long time.
Do we know if this is resolved, or should we look into some optimisations prior to repointing DNS?
