Option for fixed width tabs

Hey guys,

first merge request here, so please let me know if I did anything wrong.

This merge request adds the option to have fixed width tabs and if enabled lets the user set the width within a reasonable range (50-400px).

I added the setting under Interface>Folders & Tabs, toggling the checkbox en/disables the width spinbox.

Reasoning for this feature is that I strongly dislike the current non-uniform width of the tabs, especially for folders like '/' where it feels like the tab is 10px wide. I assume I am not the only one who dislikes the current tab behaviour, but let me know what you think.
