Fix "Open Terminal" and "Open Terminal Here" icons not matching user default

I have changed the icons for the "Open Terminal" and "Open Terminal Here" actions to use the icon of the user default terminal emulator application, instead of always using the "utilities-terminal" icon, to address the above bug report. Below are screenshots of the action icons with Konsole and Alacritty set as default terminal emulators respectively.

This is my first ever contribution to KDE, so let me know if there is a much better way to do this.
