User Story: Navigation in Filter View

As a user, I want to efficiently navigate inside the log view via my scroll wheel. As a user, I want to efficiently navigate inside the log view via my scroll via touch. As a user, I want to efficiently navigate inside the log view via my scroll via keyboard. As a user, I want to efficiently navigate inside the log view via my scroll via scrollbar.

General points:

• indicate in scrollbar the actual amount of logs and not those that are cached to allows identifying current position
• refactor caching to scroll faster / allows scroll jumps
• stabilize cursor based resetting of view

Key Navigation:

• page keys are hidden feature and need to be made prominently (add buttons?)
• make tailing behaving key operation obvious
